Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Product Delivery Methods
Product delivery to you is carried out in two ways:
Shipment by the company through an agency we collaborate with.
In-store pickup, following a phone call to 25310 32570 to confirm the availability of the selected product.
The shipping charge is agreed upon before the order is delivered.
3.2 Risk Transfer
If you choose to have the products shipped by us, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you or your designated third party takes physical possession of the products.
If the order to the carrier is given by you and no option is provided by our company, the risk is transferred from the moment the products are delivered to the carrier.
3.3 Delivery Times
Land destinations: 1–4 business days
Island destinations: 3–7 business days
Hard-to-reach areas: 3–6 business days
If a product is marked as “On Request,” the above times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
For orders placed before 12:30 p.m., the first business day is considered to be the following day.
For orders placed after 12:30 p.m., the first business day is considered to be the next day.
