Payment Methods

The ways in which you can make your purchases from AVGI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY are as follows:

2.1 Payment Methods

  1. By deposit into the Company’s bank account

    In the case of a bank deposit, the order will be processed once the purchase amount appears in the Company’s account.
    For deposits from a different bank, the customer is responsible for the fees.
    If the transfer is subject to bank charges and does not cover the full amount of the invoice, the order will not be processed until full payment has been received.

  2. Using a credit or debit card
    (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) via the ePOS system.

  3. By cash or card payment
    (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) at our Company’s physical store in Komotini.

2.2 Pricing

Upon receipt of the products, the customer receives the corresponding document:

  • Retail sales receipt or

  • Invoice

The document lists in detail the products, quantities, and all charges (VAT, any special consumption taxes, shipping costs).

Our company keeps a copy of every document (receipt or invoice) in its archives.

The order form completed by the customer when placing an order at the online store www.thraceanzeolite.gr does not, under any circumstances, constitute a retail receipt or invoice.
